Texas residents and customers must pay the appropriate sales tax. Texas customers buying products for resale must submit a valid Texas Resale Tax Certificate prior to purchase and make their purchases via phone only.
All online orders are shipped via standard carriers on their regular, most economical delivery schedule. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. In the event a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified by phone or email. Expedited shipments must be placed by phone only. T.O.P. cannot guarantee delivery dates. T.O.P. does not ship to PO boxes or any location outside of the contiguous United States (lower 48). Alaskan customers must call direct to place orders. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Refused orders will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Upon delivery, customers must inspect packaging and products for damages prior to signing the delivery receipt. REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT IN WHICH MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT AND HAVE THE DELIVERY DRIVER NOTE “REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGE”. Contact T.O.P. immediately when refusing damaged shipments. After the damage has been verified with the shipping company a new replacement product will be shipped. Claims for shipping damages must be made with the carrier at the time of delivery and damaged products must be in their original packaging. Once a customer signs and accepts merchandise from the shipper, the customer accepts responsibility for filing any claims with the carrier.
All returns must be pre-authorized by T.O.P. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in original condition. Furthermore, the product must be returned no more than (30) days from the original purchase date. Upon approval, a Returned Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued. This RA# must be clearly printed on the packaging containing returned product. Product returned without an RA# will be refused. Product returned with collect shipping charges will also be refused. Returns & exchanges will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and customers are responsible for all shipping expenses. To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must have been purchased directly from T.O.P. Credits or refunds will only be issued to the card of original payment. Credits, refunds, or exchanges for any merchandise will be at the sole discretion of T.O.P.

Color: be advised that some T.O.P. scents and attractants may contain a food grade dye for identification. This dye may vary in color and typically washes clean from most clothing/material. However, if you are concerned about this dye staining any clothing or material, do not apply to such material or test on small area prior to use.
Odor: T.O.P. scents and attractants are a premium blend of ingredients designed to yield long-lasting effects. Do not use on any material or in an area where the continued presence of the scent is not desired.
